What is Nº21 Society?
Nº21 Society is a private concierge and sourcing service for discerning men. We source, coordinate, and manage premium experiences and services—everything from fine wines and rare items to private transfers, yacht/jet provisioning, and event logistics. We do not own the vendors we arrange; we act as your operator and trusted point of contact

Who do you serve?
We serve adult clients who value discretion, quality, and time. Our services are tailored to individuals seeking private, leisure-focused arrangements in Palm Beach and surrounding areas.

How do I start a request?
Use the Contact form on the site, email n21society@gmail.com, or call the number listed for urgent matters. In the form, give a short description of what you need, desired timing, and any special requirements (security, provisioning details, budget range).

What types of services do you provide?
We specialize in:
Experiences & Sourcing: fine wines, watches, limited releases, specialty procurement.
Transport & Security: private transfers, chauffeurs, luxury car rentals, and secure transport (armed or unarmed) arranged via vetted providers.
Yacht & Jet: charter coordination, provisioning, and last-mile logistics.
Events & Personal Support: private-event valet, catering coordination, staffing, and on-site logistics.
Available by private request: bespoke or unusual requests handled case-by-case.

Do you own the cars, boats, or aircraft?
No. We coordinate with third-party operators, brokers, and vendors. We source, negotiate, and manage bookings on your behalf.

Can you get me into invitation-only events?
We do not guarantee access to invitation-only networks we do not personally control. We will, however, use our contacts and resources to identify opportunities and make introductions where possible—always honestly and transparently about feasibility.

How much do your services cost?
Costs vary by request. Vendor fees (charter, rental, deposits) are billed as required by the vendor. Our coordination fee or commission is provided upfront in each proposal. We always give a clear quote before proceeding.

How are payments handled?
Vendor payments and deposits are typically handled per the vendor’s terms. We will outline payment instructions and our coordination fee in the proposal. Accepted payment methods and terms will be noted per project.goes here

Do you charge a subscription or membership fee?
Not by default. Our pricing is project-based or per-arrangement. If a client requests a retainer or ongoing service plan, we can discuss a tailored agreement.

How quickly can you arrange something?
Timing depends on the request. Simple bookings (restaurant reservations, transfers) can often be same-day. Sourcing rare items or coordinating charters can take longer. Indicate PRIORITY in your inquiry for time-sensitive requests and we’ll triage accordingly.

What happens after I submit a request?
We review feasibility and timing.
We return with a proposed plan, availability, and transparent pricing.
Upon approval (and any required deposit), we coordinate vendors and confirm delivery.
We follow up to ensure everything met your standard.

Security, Vetting & Liability
Vendors are selected for professionalism, discretion, and proven performance. For security services we request credentials, insurance details, and references and share this information with you prior to confirmation.

Are security personnel supplied by Nº21 Society?
No. Security services are provided by independent, vetted third-party providers. We coordinate and contract these providers on your behalf and disclose provider details in the proposal.

What liability do you accept?
We coordinate third-party services in good faith but are not liable for the independent acts or omissions of vendors. Specific liability terms are included in proposals and governed by our Terms of Service.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on third-party vendor policies (charters, rentals, security, etc.). If a vendor’s fee is non-refundable, that fee remains payable. Coordination fees and refundability are outlined in your proposal.

How do I change a confirmed request?
Contact us immediately. We will check with vendors about availability and any change fees and return a revised plan and cost estimate.

How do you protect my privacy?
Confidentiality is fundamental. We share only the information necessary with vendors to deliver services and require vendors to protect client information. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Will my name or requests be shared publicly?
No. We do not publicize client names, bookings, or requests without explicit permission.

Do you handle customs, legal, or import paperwork for items?
For items requiring customs, permits, or legal documentation, we coordinate with specialized vendors and advise on requirements. The client is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or compliance costs.

How will you contact me?
We’ll contact you by the method you provide (email or phone). For urgent matters we recommend a direct phone number in your request.

Do you accept tips or direct payments to vendors?
If you prefer to tip onsite staff or pay vendors directly, we will accommodate and note it in the plan. Otherwise, vendor gratuities are handled according to the vendor’s policy and your instructions.
