2. Our Role & Scope of Services
Nº21 Society acts as an independent concierge and coordination service. We source, coordinate, and arrange third-party goods and services (transport, security, charters, vendors, suppliers) on your behalf. We do not own, operate, or control third-party vendors or their services.
3. Service Requests & Booking Process
Inquiry: You submit a request via our form, email, or phone.
Proposal: We respond with feasibility, timing, and a transparent quote (including vendor costs and our coordination fee).
Confirmation: Work commences upon your approval and any required deposit or contract.
Execution: We coordinate vendors and logistics as agreed and confirm delivery upon completion.
4. Fees, Payments & Deposits
Vendor costs (charter/operator fees, deposits, third-party charges) are billed as required by vendors and are payable by you.
Our coordination fee or commission will be disclosed in the proposal and is payable under the terms specified.
Payment methods and terms will be included in each proposal or invoice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are primarily governed by the third-party vendor’s terms. If a vendor’s charges are non-refundable, you remain responsible for those charges.
Any refund of coordination fees will be handled in accordance with the terms in your proposal or agreed contract.
6. Representations & Client Responsibilities
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to request services.
You are responsible for providing any required documentation, identification, or approvals necessary for vendors to provide their services.
7. Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited. We coordinate vendors in good faith, but are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

For security services provided by third parties, you acknowledge that such services are supplied by independent providers. We will disclose provider credentials and background checks where available.
